Includes topography of lot and slope/grade percentages as well as setbacks, easements, and desired placement/location of home.
STRUCTURAL MOCKUP
Pre-Engineering for proposed design and structural requirements. This includes foundation layout, beam and column placements, and section cuts, which saves time and money when being sent to an Engineer for a stamp.
ARCHITECTURALS
Professional quality plans dimensioned and designed in accordance with the customers' desired outcome. Includes floor plans, roof plans, and elevations. (No additional costs for changes during the design phase.)
ELECTRICAL PLANS
Includes the layout of lights, switches, outlets, AMP & high voltage connection points, as well as electrical/gas utility connection points.
3D-Modeling & Rendering
Includes developed 3D renderings/images of home exterior and interior.
